Following the completion of the business combination, the company’s Class A Ordinary Share (IPXX) and Warrants (IPXXW) will undergo a name, symbol and CUSIP number change along with a change of domicile from the Cayman Islands to Delaware. The company’s Units (IPXXU) will be suspended from trading. These actions will become effective on March 14, 2025.
