The business combination of Bellevue Life Sciences Acquisition Corp. (BLAC/R/W/U) and OSR Holdings, Inc. is expected to close today, February 14, 2025. Following the completion of the business combination, the company’s Common stock (BLAC) and Warrants (BLACW) will undergo a name, symbol and CUSIP number change. The company’s Rights (BLACR) and Units (BLACU) will be suspended from trading. These actions will become effective on February 18, 2025. Subject to foreign investment approval from the Industrial Bank of Korea and closing.
